Review : SubhanaAllah a life-changing, must read book for everyone, 5/5 rating! MasyaAllah, this book has definitely changed my point of view in life!

In this book, the writer explains about the nature ( or sunatullah, the Arabic word Sunnah, in its literal sense means habitual practice, customary procedure or norm ) of the human heart, who has the nature of wanting to attach to something.
It is when the heart attaches to something that is not eternal and changeable, it has the risk of getting heartbreaks, disappointment followed by anger, to feel the pain of sadness and hopeless for future, whenever that something has gone or changed. Be it either money, fame, status, work, spouse, siblings, children, friends, house, lifestyle, knowledge or health, will have their own time limit in our life.

Only by understanding the mechanism of heart, one will not easily be trapped into this deceptive worldly attachments that is temporary by nature. Thus, from this book, it is a clear cut message that one's heart should only belong to, be dedicated to, be returned to and surrender to, our One and Only Maker, the Creator of the heart, The Eternal ( As-Samad ) at all times, by all means. Let us free ourselves from any kind of slavery!

Interestingly as well, the writer explains on how to awaken and recover our heart from the deep ocean of disappointment with a new perspective on love, happiness, hope and pain, because these feelings are not meant to just be feelings, these are in fact the calling from our Maker towards Him. InsyaAllah.

Here are some excerpts that i simply want to keep for my future 'go through' so that i would remember why would this book made me a better me.

The heart sickness called Wahn, love of worldly makes their heart selfish, materialistic and lost their moral character.

Muslim women, heaven is at our feet.

When the 'F-day' or the futur days come, the key is keep doing your baseline ibadah! InsyaAllah.

Tadaru or total trust and surrender to Allah at all times, including bad times, are meant to make us come out stronger in faith towards Him.

This is also what God does with the believers. Through hardships, believers are purified-just like gold.

Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they first change what is in themselves-Holy Quran 13:11.

13:28
Sahih International
"Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah . Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured." Q13:28

With this, i end this post with a prayer, May Allah.swt choose us to be among whom He guided. Ameen.

Writing with gratefulness,
TianaAsSamad.
