LATE - is there any goodness in it?

أَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّـيْطٰنِ الرَّجِيْمِ
Bismillah ir-rahman ir-rahim.
Assalamualaikum wbt.


-"She's late again isn't she?"
-"Indeed"

-"Do you know that day when you came late, they had a big big quarrel, it was intensely horrible."
-"Oh thanks God, glad i didn't have to see that!" 


Over these years i was late for so many things, in fact too many...

• I had my very first smartphone on February 2014, when it has been trending outrageously in Volgograd since 2011-2012.
• I just started my blog when i am left with a semester away before my graduation, where as fellow friends had been writing for the past 6 years.
• I just amazingly befriended my own mother since the past 2 years, when all the girls had already grown up to be the almost-exact copy of their queens at their 20s. ( do read the post titled Superwoman of 4th February to have some idea about my amazing mother! )
• I am just halfway understanding my ultimate guideline holy book, when my fellow blessed friends are halfway memorising all the 114 verses in it.

                                              ...but i had never wished for any of the above to come neither earlier nor later.



All of which because...

•  Prophet Muhammad.pbuh had his first revelation at his forty.
•  Prophet Ibraheem.as had his first progeny, Prophet Isaac.as, when his wife, Sarah.as described herself as "I am an extremely old woman" Q11.72
• Imam Malik ibn Anas was born overdue, in some narration said he was in the womb for 3years, wallahu a'lam.
• Prophet Noah.as had been preaching for a good 950 years, surviving threatens and mockeries after mockeries, before the water from the earth met the water from the sky, came to doom the stubborn stone-hearted nation. 

I certainly have no answers to why everything had taken some time to happen, i clearly have no knowledge of the goodness lies behind the plans of my Maker, but i surely have not a second of doubt, to the things we are looking forward to--be it a fine spouse, recognizable success, prosperous wealth, boundless freedom, spiritual signs or guidance, youthful health, uncountable happiness, and everything--perhaps might come rather LATE.

إنما يوفى الصابرون أجرهم بغير حساب

“…Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account.” Q39:10. 

Oh and fyi, patience was mentioned in 90 places of Holy Quran, by Imam Ahmad.
